Gnocchi
with sardinian ragout
Ingredients:
- Gnocchi 350 gr.
- Fresh tomato 400 gr.
- Salt to taste, Basil to taste, Pepper to taste
- Garlic 1 glove
- Sa Fortileza to taste
- Beat broth 50 gr.
- Minced beef 200 gr.
- Lard 50 gr.

Preparing
Cut the lard into pieces and heat in a pan,; when it has melted, had a glove
of garlic and brown. Add the minced meat and allow it to brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes, the stock, salt, pepper and three or four leaves of
basil . cook for 30 minutes.
Cook the gnocchi in abundant salted water, drain when al dente, sauté in
a pan with the sauce, then serve with a sprinkling of grated Pecorino cheese.
